Our textile filters have a long service life of filtering medium for welding applications. Compared to the cartridge filters, the service life is about 5 to 10 times longer. Compared to lamel filters, our textile filters have a lower operating pressure drop, which positively affects the total power consumption for the fan used.
Our G&G Jet BAG filtration in the welding shop. The filter unit is equipped with flat textile hoses and regenerated automatically by compressed air. The filter is designed in a way that the exhaust air passes through the filter box downwards. The proposed flow helps to remove the separated dust towards the hopper and reduces the pressure loss of the filtering medium. Regeneration of the filter medium is controlled by an intelligent control unit, which triggers regeneration only in case of pressure loss increase. At low-pressure losses, the filter device does not regenerate and thus saves the cost of compressed air. As pressure loss increases, the intensity of regeneration by compressed air pulses increases. Filtration in the welding shop
Filtration unit G&G Jet BAG is a low costs option in terms of changing the filtering medium and long service life of filter hoses for the application in the welding plant. Non-woven filter hoses with a surface weight of 500g/m2 are available as a filtering medium. As a manufacturer, we guarantee a 22,000 operating hours service life of the filtering medium for the application in welding exhausts. When you are welding greasy sheets, it is also possible to include a sorbent dosing station before the filter function. The sorbent stations allow the sorbent CaOH2 to be added into the inlet line of the filter. This system lowers the grease from dust and saves the filter’s regenerative power.
