An important reference for exhaustion from woodworking machines with the application of our filtering equipment with extraction power control according to actively used machines. The system thus contributes to energy savings and ensures working comfort.
Our delivery includes production and realization of filtration equipment for sawdust extraction. The filtering device is vacuum operated, equipped with high-efficiency fans controlled by frequency converters. Each machine is fitted with an automatic flap that reacts to its switching on or off. Wood waste is led into a briquetting press, which ensures comfortable processing of waste into the form of wood briquettes.
Filtration machine
We used GREFILT filtration equipment of our production. Due to its design, this filtering device is designed for the extraction of sawdust in the woodworking industry. The filtering device is equipped with pneumatically controlled vibrating shaking. Due to the nature of the extracted dust, it was not necessary to install a pneumatic flushing system of filter hoses using compressed air. In this case, vibration-based regeneration contributes to a significant reduction in the cost of compressed air when regenerating the filter medium. The filter unit is equipped with an integrated screw conveyor for removing sawdust from the hopper of the filter unit. The vacuum is closed by the rotary feeder. Since sawdust extraction is an explosive dust character, the filtering device is equipped with relief membranes to release the pressure wave to the outside. Implementation was provided by our partner company GreMi KLIMA, sro in the position of general supplier of the sawdust extraction system.
Waste processing
The extracted and separated sawdust through the filtration system is led by screw conveyors to the briquetting machine supplied by BRIKLIS. It is very effective waste treatment for the client in the system of extraction and filtration of sawdust from woodworking machines with the subsequent easy handling of briquettes.
Exhaust power control
The filtration system is equipped with two high-efficiency exhaust fans located on the clean side of the filter device. The exhaust fans are controlled by a frequency converter according to the set vacuum in the exhaust pipe. Exhaust connections to individual machines are equipped with automatic flaps that open / close according to the active use of the machine. The suction system contributes to energy savings.
