Comprehensive solutions for welding fume extraction

As part of our deliveries, we provide the full implementation of the G&G Jet BAG filtration system, designed specifically for welding fume extraction applications. This equipment is equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter media by means of pressurized air, thus ensuring its long service life even under heavy-duty operation. The extraction system is driven by a high efficiency radial high pressure fan, which guarantees a stable and continuous extraction performance throughout the entire operation. The G&G Jet BAG filtration system has excellent durability and ensures a filter media life of at least 5 years in two-shift operation.

Filtration technology with flat textile elements

The G&G Jet BAG filter units are equipped with flat textile filter elements that use automatic regeneration of the filter media by pressurised air in the upstream direction. The pressure losses of the device are optimally controlled by an intelligent control unit that monitors the clogging of the filter media. Regeneration is only activated when a predetermined pressure drop value is reached, saving pressurised air and ensuring efficient plant operation. At higher filter media clogging, regeneration is intensified, achieving maximum efficiency and minimising energy costs.

Optimisation of filter media replacement costs

Our company places great emphasis on reducing the operating costs associated with filter media replacement. G&G Jet BAG filter equipment guarantees a filter media life of at least 22,000 operating hours, which is equivalent to approximately 5 years of operation in two-shift operation. In order to achieve low maintenance costs, we use conventional filter materials that are commonly available on the market, thus guaranteeing the accessibility and cost-effectiveness of filter media replacement. In welding fume extraction applications, the first change of filter media is usually only necessary after 5 years of operation, which contributes significantly to optimizing the maintenance costs of the equipment.
