Based on advanced software modelling, we determine the pressure parameters of our welded pipes with a safety factor of 1.5. We guarantee the following pressure resistance values for products without permanent damage depending on the thickness of the material:

The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for a material thickness t = 1.5 mm is 46 350 Pa.
The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for material thickness t= 2,0 mm is 57 960 Pa
The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for a material thickness t= 3,0 mm is 62 315 Pa

Applications for explosive dust extraction

Our welded pipe is also designed for applications that require high pressure resistance, for example for explosive dust extraction. Piping that has to meet specific pressure requirements is usually located between the filtering device and the check valve, which prevents the pressure wave from spreading to other parts of the piping system and to the workplace, thus ensuring operator safety.
