Our delivery includes the manufacture and implementation of the filtering system for sawdust extraction. The filtering equipment is vacuum, equipped with high-efficiency fans that are controlled by frequency converters. Each machine is equipped with an automatic damper that reacts to its switching on or off. The wood waste is fed into the briquetting press, which ensures comfortable processing of the waste into wood briquettes.
GREFILT filtration equipment of our own manufacture was used. This filtering device is designed for sawdust extraction in the wood processing industry. The filtering device is equipped with a pneumatically controlled vibration shaker. Due to the nature of the dust to be extracted, it was not necessary to install a pneumatic flushing system for the filter hoses using pressurized air. Vibratory regeneration in this case contributes to a significant saving in the cost of pressurised air for regeneration of the filter media. The filtration plant is equipped with an integrated screw conveyor for the removal of sawdust from the filter plant hopper. Vacuum shut-off is provided by a rotary feeder. Since sawdust extraction belongs to the nature of explosive dust, the filtering equipment is equipped with pressure relief membranes to release the pressure wave to the outside environment. The implementation was carried out by our partner company GreMi KLIMA, s.r.o., as the general supplier of the sawdust extraction system.
The sawdust extracted and separated by the filter system is fed by screw conveyors to the briquetting plant supplied by BRIKILIS. In relation to the client, this is a very efficient processing of waste in the sawdust extraction and filtration system from the woodworking machines with subsequent easy handling of the briquettes.
The filtration system is equipped with two high efficiency exhaust fans located on the clean side of the filtration system. The extraction fans are controlled by a frequency converter according to the set vacuum in the extraction pipe. The exhaust connections to the individual machines are equipped with automatic dampers that open/close according to the active use of the machine. The extraction system contributes to saving electricity.
