References significant implementation of sawdust extraction and filtration in the wood processing industry

We present a major implementation of extraction from woodworking machines using our G&G Vibro VAC filtration equipment. This equipment is designed for efficient and reliable sawdust filtration and meets the demanding requirements of the woodworking industry.

Technical design and advantages

The G&G Vibro VAC filtration plant is equipped with:

• Automatic regeneration of the filter media by means of a pneumatically controlled vibrating clamp, which significantly reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for pressure rinses of the filter hoses.
• A highly efficient fan, located on the clean side of the filtration unit, which allows optimization of performance and increases the overall efficiency of the system.
• A rotary feeder to ensure smooth removal of sawdust from the plant hopper.
• Relief diaphragms to safely release the pressure wave when handling explosive dusts, thus increasing operational safety.

Due to the design of the plant, the installation of a pneumatic flushing system is not necessary, which has a positive impact on the overall operating costs.

Implementation and cooperation

The G&G Vibro VAC filtration plant was designed and manufactured by our company G&G Filtration, while the general supply of the entire project was provided by our partner company GreMi KLIMA, s.r.o. The plant is designed as a vacuum plant, which ensures high extraction efficiency and reliable operation.
