An important reference application of a filtering device for quarry dedusting. The G&G Fan BAG filter is equipped with atmospheric regeneration of the filter medium. Regeneration is provided by a regeneration trolley, and a high pressure fan. The use of the filtration device is ideal for applications with non-sticky dust and where pressurized air is not available for JET regeneration.
The G&G Fan BAG filter, is a filtration device designed for quarry dust removal, packing plants and operations where pressurized air is not available for regeneration. The filter is ideal to use for the filtration of dry, non-sticky dusts. Regeneration of the filter media is provided by an automatically sliding carriage which is located on the clean side of the filter. The regeneration trolley ensures the cleaning of the individual rows of filter pockets, located one above the other. The source of regeneration air is a high-pressure fan located on the ceiling of the filtration plant. Regeneration is carried out online during operation. When the end position is reached, the carriage continues the regeneration cycle. When the filter is switched off, a regeneration period takes place where the regeneration trolley completes two regeneration cycles and parks in a parking position outside the filter element area.
The filter elements are horizontally positioned flat filter pockets that are mounted in the filter housing from the front and rear. A spring lock ensures a tight connection when the filter pocket is fitted. The filtering device for quarry dedusting is equipped with a pre-separation chamber, which ensures an even flow distribution inside the filter unit and a 60/40% ratio. 60% of the sucked air is fed into the filter box in the upper part of the filter and 40% of the air is fed into the lower part of the filter. At the same time, the pre-separation chamber directly separates coarse particles, which fall freely into the hopper and do not come into contact with the filter elements. The advantage of flat filter pockets is the excellent ratio of filter area to filter box size.
