Significant reference for the use of our Jet VAC filter for air filtration in pellet production. The filter used is equipped with a dual regeneration system using a vibro-knock and regeneration by pressurized air. Dual regeneration saves the operator's pressurized air.

Our delivery includes the manufacture and implementation of a filtration system for dust extraction in the production of pellets, sawdust and wood material in a pellet production plant. The filtration plant is pressurized, equipped with dual regeneration by vibro-clamp and regeneration by pressurized air. The dual regeneration saves the pressure air of the operator. The client carried out the installation of the filtration equipment by his own means with only the supervision of our chief installer.

Filtration Equipment

G&G Jet VAC filtration equipment of our manufacture was used. This filtration equipment is designed for sawdust and wood chips extraction in the wood processing industry. The filtering device is equipped with a pneumatically controlled vibratory shaker that periodically shakes the filter hoses to ensure efficient and energy-saving regeneration. Due to the amount of dust, the filter is also equipped with a pneumatic regeneration system for the filter media using pressurized air. The pneumatic regeneration system is automatically triggered only at higher pressure loss levels. In this case, the dual regeneration system contributes to a significant saving in the cost of pressurised air for regeneration of the filter media. The filtration plant is equipped with an integrated screw conveyor for the removal of sawdust from the filter hopper. Vacuum shut-off is provided by a rotary feeder. Since sawdust extraction belongs to the nature of explosive dust, the filtering equipment is equipped with pressure relief membranes to release the pressure wave to the outside environment.

Waste treatment

The sawdust extracted and separated by the filtration system is conveyed by means of a screw conveyor to the investor's container.
