Transport fans for material transport

For wood, paper and recycling plants

The transport fans transport the extracted material such as sawdust, paper cuttings and fractions of recycled material together with the air.

Transport fans are characterized by a more massive spiral casing design than fans designed for air transport only. This is due to the increased internal wear on the spiral casing of the fan due to material transport. The fan rotor is equipped with either straight or backward curved blades. The rotors are open to prevent material settling on the blades and subsequent unbalancing. We manufacture transport fans for use in wood, paper and recycling plants. We also manufacture special chopping fans used for chopping endless paper strips. We specialize in manufacturing fans with the rotor mounted directly on the shaft of the electric motor.  The fans differ in their design for the selected suction power and pressure.
