Local filters for conveyors

Product description

Local fabric filter units designed for dust removal from conveyor belts. Installation is on the flange of the conveyor cover. These are filter units equipped with flat fabric hoses. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration by means of pressurized air. Residual dust emissions after the filter reach 0,1-1 (2) mg/m3 of TZL. The documents presented here include the most commonly used filter units in horizontal design for belt conveyor dust removal and vertical design for elevator dust removal. The filter units are vacuum-type, equipped with a radial fan. An electrical switchboard controlling all necessary functions of the filter unit is included. The filter is delivered fully assembled. For the electrical distributor, wiring between the distributor and the filter must be provided. Technical specifications, DWG drawings and STEP + IFC models are freely downloadable here.
