Mist separators
Mechanical and electrostatic mist separators for extracting oil emulsion from machine tools. We supply as complete products.

01
Mechanical mist separators
The devices are designed to separate emulsion nebulae formed during machining. The principle of separating oil droplets from the air is mechanical. The device does not need any disposable filters. Aerosols are separated using a stainless steel cloth and a separating lamella. The device is supplied as a compact unit with a fan designed for immediate connection. We supply the filters with an integrated electrical switchboard for the possibility of controlling the fan speed. We supply the device with suction both from the left and from the right.
The bottom is designed as a watertight oil sump with a nozzle for connecting the separated emulsion drain hose. All filter cartridges can be cleaned and it is not necessary to use any disposable cartridges.

02
Electrostatic mist separators
The device is designed to separate oil nebulae generated during machining. The principle of separating oil droplets from the air is mechanically and electrostatically. The device does not need any disposable filters. The aerosols are separated using a stainless steel cloth, a separating lamella and an electrostatic precipitator.
The device is supplied as a compact unit with a fan designed for immediate connection. The motor is electronically controlled with stepless speed control for suction power up to 1400m³/h. All filters, including the electrostatic block, can be cleaned and it is not necessary to use any disposable installations.
