Hose filters
G&G Bag HOUSE
Filtration units designed for central dust extraction. These are dry, fabric filter units with automatic regeneration of the filter medium by means of compressed air. Regeneration of the filter medium is carried out cyclically in the set time intervals with the possibility of control according to the current pressure loss. Filtration equipment achieves high filtration efficiency - over 99%, the filtered air can be returned to the production hall. The used filter medium has a long service life, which brings the user efficient operation with low operating costs.
Application area:
Filtration of foundry dust, dedusting of flue gases from furnaces, exhausting of welding and grinding shops, filtration of ceramic dust, explosive dust filtration, many other applications.

Sawdust extraction filters
G&G Flat WOOD
We produce FLAT WOOD filters, which we have developed for the most difficult sawdust extraction operations in woodworking, extraction of mineral wool and paper dust. These are the filters with the largest gaps between the filter media on the market. The gaps between the filter media are designed between 50 and 80 mm for conventional filters. For Flat WOOD filter units, the gap between the filter elements is 145 mm. Thanks to the unique design of the filter, we achieve a lift speed between the filter elements of less than 1.3 m / s for woodworking and 0.6 m / s for mineral wool in the entire cross-section of the filter unit. The flow rate between the hoses in conjunction with the integrated inlet chamber and the large gaps between the filter elements makes the Flat WOOD filter unit practically non-clogging with material.

Exhaust filters
G&G Ceramic JET
Filter units designed for dedusting hot combustion products containing sparks and hot particles. This is a filter units equipped with high temperature resistant ceramic filter cartridges with a melting point of 1200 ° C. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration using compressed air. Filtration units achieve high filtration efficiency - over 99%. The maximum operating temperature for flue gas filtration is 450 ° C.

Dedusting of biomass boilers, dedusting of coal boilers, dedusting of flue gases from furnaces

Cartridge filters
G&G Patro JET
Cartridge filter units, equipped with automatic regeneration with compressed air. Wide use of G&G Patro JET units is in the automotive industry, in the extraction of grinding and welding shops and in use in paint shops. The filtration equipment excels with a large filtration area, compact dimensions and favorable investment costs. The service life of the filter cartridges varies from 2000 to 6000 operating hours, depending on the application. We produce power series of filters in the range from 2000 m3 / h to 40,000 m3 / h. The filter unit can be ordered in a version without a fan, with an integrated fan and in a version of a compact unit with an acoustic fan cover, a silencer and a secondary filter.
Area of use:
Extraction from welding robots, extraction of welding shops, extraction of grinding shops, extraction of paint shops.

Local filters
G&G Local JET
We manufacture filter devices of the G&G Local JET type, which are intended for local dedusting of material transport routes. The trapped dust falls from the filter directly into the area of the suction conveyor. The G & G-JFR-L filter keeps the conveyor area in a slight vacuum, thus preventing the spread of dust into the surrounding environment. Dust from the filter falls back into material transport paths. The filters are not equipped with a dust hopper. The trapped dusts are always returned to the area from which they were sucked out. The filters are equipped with their own exhaust fans with silencers.

Dedusting of screw conveyors, dedusting of redlers, dedusting of elevators, dedusting of belt conveyors

Silo filters
G&G SiloVIB, SiloJET
We produce filtration equipment of G&G type SiloVIB, SiloJET - silo filters. The filters are designed to be placed on the counter flange of the tank or strength of materials. Their function is to filter the air coming out of the silo during filling by pneumatic transport, or dedusting of silos when filling with a redler conveyor. The separated dust is removed from the filter device by a free discharge back to the tank or silo. Filters are equipped with automatic pressure medium regeneration of the filter medium

Deaeration of silos, deaeration of tanks, deaeration of pneumatic transport.

Central vacuum cleaners
G&G Vacuum JET
G&G Vacuum JET filtration units are high-vacuum filtration units designed for central vacuum systems - central vacuum cleaners in industrial halls. We produce high-vacuum units for suction capacities of 600 m3 / h to 8000 m3 / h at a total vacuum of up to -70 kPa. The filters are designed for dusts without risk of explosion and when adding a protective membrane for dusts with risk of explosion according to ATEX.
Area of use:
Energy - vacuuming coaling, vacuuming boiler rooms Production halls - cleaning systems, central vacuum cleaners.
