Deodorization of odors

Deodorization of odors

We are engaged in studies and consulting in the field of odour removal in various industrial plants and industries. It is mainly the removal of substances of the type (hydrogen sulfide – H2S, ammonia – NH3, mercaptans, volatile substances, etc.)

The study is prepared by our engineering division, see the contact.

  • Odour removal at wastewater treatment plants
  • Storage, treatment and drying of sludge from the manufacturing industry
  • Treatment of residual water containing a mixture of water and waste
  • Waste recycling
  • Biogas stations
  • Woodworking industry
  • Removal of ammonia odour in coal-fired power plants after application of the SNCR method
In practice, the following principles are most often used::
  • Regenerative thermal oxidation
  • Recuperative thermal oxidation
  • Ionization
  • Photocatalytic oxidation
  • Cold plasma method
  • Installation of biofilters
A separate group consists of procedures for removing the smell of ammonia in coal-fired power plants after the application of the SNCR method. The method is based on a system of multi-stage mixing of separated fly ash and simultaneous dosing of water and lime into the mixing system and subsequent release and collection of ammonia. The wet fly ash, which is freed of ammonia, is then introduced into the drying chamber and subsequently pneumatically conveyed to the storage silo.
