MISTING SYSTEMS FOR DUST REDUCTION
We are engaged in studies and consulting focused on technologies for reducing dust using a high-pressure misting system. The purpose of "Misting" is to reduce dust during transport and storage of fuel (eg. coal or biomass) and other bulk materials. The use of high-pressure misting systems is usually designed in belt conveyors where industrial extraction is not possible for economic or technical reasons.
CFD OPTIMIZATION OF EXHAUST SYSTEMS
We offer studies and consulting focused on the modernization and optimization of existing filtration systems and units. Our development department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and software using CFD modelling and simulation. We are able to optimize and improve the operating parameters of various types of filtration equipment.
PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT OF BULK MATERIALS
We offer studies, design and consulting in the field of pneumatic transport technology of bulk materials. We deal not only with the design of new pneumatic conveying systems but also with the assessment and modernization of existing pneumatic conveys. At present, most coal-fired power plants and heating plants, foundries and cement plants are equipped with electrostatic filters to separate fly ash and various dust fractions from flue gases.
