CFD Airflow simulation is essential for us. Therefore, the filter device was designed correctly and optimally. Only with this information can we guarantee that a certain part of the filter block will not be overloaded. Thanks to CFD simulation, we can design and manufacture a filter unit that has a uniform load of filter hoses with dust in the entire cross-section of the filter housing. The biggest advantage of working with Fluidea is the fact that the proposed modifications actually work in practice.

We also use CFD simulation of air flow in the design of inlet ducts to our flue gas-air exchangers. Thanks to this simulation, we are able to guarantee an even load of heat exchange tube sheets with flue gases. Thus, the heatsink is not overloaded in a certain area, but on the contrary, the maximum cooling capacity is achieved thanks to the optimal use of the entire heat exchange surface.

Thanks to airflow simulations, we have optimized our cyclone separators. But also spark plugs and nozzles for extracting endless belts in the printing industry. Thanks to CFD, we simulate an improved filter media regeneration system using compressed air pulses. We have found that the conventional regeneration system (shape of the inlet nozzle of the filter frame, position of the compressed air tubes and size of the regeneration air holes) is not efficient and high high compressed air intake.

We have increased the efficiency of filter medium regeneration with lower compressed air consumption. Thanks to CFD optimization of the regeneration system.
