Description of the filter unit

It is a dry, textile dust filtration device, equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter medium by means of compressed air. Regeneration of the filter medium takes place cyclically in set time intervals with the possibility of control according to the current pressure loss. We manufacture filtration equipment in a design for placement in an outdoor environment, without the need for a roof. The filtration equipment achieves a high filtration efficiency - at 99.9%, so it is possible to return the filtered air back to the production hall.

Filter variants

Textile compact filter units G&G Vacuum JET can be ordered separately in the version without a fan, as well as in the version with an integrated fan and a circular silencer - 82 dB (A). We manufacture G&G Vacuum JET filter units in a variant with a collecting container in the form of a bucket, or with the dumping of dust using a rotary feeder into a large-volume Big-Bag.

Using a filter

The filtration device is designed for the separation of dust from the extracted air. The G&G Vacuum JET textile filter is designed for air filtration with a high degree of dust. The filtration device is suitable for the extraction of high-performance grinders, for the extraction of cast iron or graphite dust, for the extraction of sticky dusts. The filtration device ensures continuous suction power under the most difficult working conditions.

Working conditions

The filtration device is designed for filtration of air with a temperature of -30 °C to + 80 °C. The filter is not basically designed for explosive dust, but it can be supplemented with a relief membrane and supplemented with safety elements for the extraction of explosive dust. The service life of filter fabrics is guaranteed for at least 20,000 operating hours. Replacing the filter medium takes an experienced service technician a maximum of 1 hour of work.
