Venturi nozzles for endless paper webs extraction

We produce Venturi nozzles, which are used for extraction of endless paper strips in the printing industry. The venturi nozzle is connected to discharge the fan itself. The overpressure of the fan itself is used by the nozzle to create a negative pressure in the suction path of the endless cut. The paper tape is thus sucked out without being chopped or damaged. This extraction system is suitable for both paper tapes and plastic or textile endless cuts.

Use of Venturi nozzles

Venturi nozzles are used for extracting endless strips of paper, foil or other packaging material. Endless belts are created in the rewinding technology by cutting the edges of the roll to the required size. The venturi nozzle ensures non-destructive removal of the cutting belt and its transport by means of a pipeline to the place of waste collection. The nozzle is equipped with its own high-pressure fan. To reduce the noise level, we supply high-pressure fans in acoustic boxes.
