Air and Transport design. It is a radial medium pressure fan with backward curved blades. The fan rotor is driven directly by mounting the impeller on the shaft of the electric motor. The spiral fan casing is welded, equipped with an inspection opening for the possibility of static and dynamic balancing. The fan is mounted to a fixed frame using vibration compensators. Design for clean air extractionThe fan of normal design is designed for the transport of clean air or air with a mixture of fine dust up to a maximum of 20 mg / m3. The most common application of a fan is installation behind a filter device. The normal design fan is not intended for the extraction of explosive air, air with a corrosive character and air with an admixture of fibrous dust fractions, which could cause sticking to the fan rotor and its subsequent imbalance.
Transport designThe transport fan is designed for the transport of air with an admixture of solid particles up to a maximum of 30 mm. The most common application of the fan is installation in the route of the exhaust pipe in front of the filtration device or cyclone separator. The transport fan is equipped with protection against sparks and is designed for the extraction of explosive dust for zone 22, air with an admixture of fibrous parts of dust, strips of paper, sawdust, chemlon dust, etc.
