Laser and plasma extraction

We ensure extraction and filtration of harmful substances by extracting fumes during machining of the material by laser or plasma in the form of fumes and exhaust gases, that are released during the cutting of the material. Exhaust system is connected to extracting table and ensures extraction of exhaust gases from below. During laser and plasma extracting, dust particles, particles of divided material and sparks are also part of the extracted fumes.

We equip filtration system with spark separator, which reduce risk of filter burnout. We use cartridge or textile filters always equipped with regeneration of filter media by compressed air. When using a secondary stage of filtration, it is possible to return the filtered air exhaust from the laser or plasma back to the production hall. We ensure extraction from burning machines not just of metal materials, but also of the cutting of plastic, leather, paper, or other laser engraving machines.

Filtration system is equipped with spark separator placed in exhaust pipeline. In the spark separator, the exhaust sparks and coarse dirt are separated before entering the filter device. The filter media are filtration cartridges with high-temperature resistant material or filter textile hoses. We choose the type of the filter material and the construction of the filter according to the perspective of the filter technology and according to the spatial possibilities for the location of the filter unit. The filtration device is always equipped with automatic regeneration of filter medium with compressed air. Regeneration is automatic in relation to the pressure loss of the filter. The exhaust fan is located on the side of the filtered air. We choose the pressure class of the fan according to the distance between the burning machine and the filter device. We most often use fans with a pressure from 2 500 Pa to 3 500 Pa. We distribute the filtered air in the summer/winter mode. The air is returned to the hall space, where it is distributed to the space using secondary filter – a filter sleeve, in the winter season. During the summer, the filtered air is blown out into the outdoor environment.
