PROBLEMS OF THE EXTRACTION PROCESS IN FOOD PROCESSING PLANTS
High-performance extraction in food processing plants is very important to ensure a clean working environment. Dust spread freely into the production line area can be a source of dirt and bacteria, which are completely undesirable in food production. Food dust deposits in the corners of the line can create an explosive environment and thus a hazard to production workers. The main applications of food dust extraction are sugar dust extraction, flour dust extraction, spice extraction, product packer extraction.
Food dust extraction can be solved centrally by means of a central filter unit and piping to the individual dust extraction points. Local dust sources can be extracted locally using small local filter units. The filter units vary depending on whether the separated material is used for further use in food production or ends up in the waste stream. Filter units and complete extraction systems are manufactured and supplied in stainless steel.
