The solution to constantly clogged filters

We are able to solve the problem of the continuously declining extraction performance of the paint shop, which is caused by a clogged filter fleece. We will install a filtration unit with regeneration of the filter media and you will change the media not once a day, but once every 3 years.

We will use a Jet BAG or Flat HOUSE filtration unit, equipped with regeneration of the flat filter tubes by means of a counter-current of pressurized air. The filtering unit will ensure that the air is filtered from the paint overspray and the filtered air can also be fed into the recuperator, which is thus fully protected against fouling of the heat transfer surface.

Air replacement in the paint shop

Since the exhaust air from the exhaust wall contains volatile substances from paint solvents, it is necessary to direct the exhaust from the exhaust wall to the outside of the hall. This method of extraction causes an unbalanced air balance inside the paint shop area. The deficiency in exhaust air needs to be replaced by treated fresh air from the outside environment. The replacement of the air in the paint shop is realized by means of air recovery units.

Extraction walls for wet painting

The first stage of filtration consists of breathable slats that are designed to trap wet paint droplets and ensure they dry. The second stage of filtration uses a non-woven filter fleece to trap paint dust particles. The third stage of filtration uses a non-woven fabric with activated carbon particles to capture volatile organic matter. We equip the small exhaust walls with their own integrated exhaust fan with a connection flange for exhausting air to the outside. Large extraction walls for coatings or assemblies of coatings are connected by a central duct and exhausted by a central extraction fan.
